      <image:title>About Jillian - Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and build more authentic, fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with adult women who are struggling with body image, food, exercise, and their relationships with themselves and others. I support women experiencing binge eating disorder, disordered eating, body image concerns, and relationship challenges. I work within the HAES (health at every size) framework and my goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from NYU and have received training from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, trained under Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. My experience includes working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and schools. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I feel honored to support my clients as they develop a deeper understanding of themselves and move toward lives that feel more balanced, connected, and authentic.</image:caption>
